The Financial Investigation Division is seeking to identify a contractor to conduct structural rehabilitation works to its Building No. 1 located at 1 Shalimar Avenue, Kingston 3. The contractor will be required to conduct works for the repair, rehabilitation of the building to restore it to suitability for occupancy after damage from a 5.6 earthquake which resulted in cracks throughout the building and the building being deemed structurally unsound for occupancy, as carried in a structural assessment report. The Structural Rehabilitation Plan and Bills of Quantities at Appendix 1 and 2 as well as a mandatory Site Visit scheduled for June 4, 2026 is made available to provide guidance on the work to be done to achieve the expected outcome.
