The work consists of but is not limited to fencing, boundary wall construction, ancillary road works such as demolition, sidewalk construction, installation of an entrance sign, and the rehabilitation of selected car parks throughout the housing scheme. To be considered eligible, bidders must submit the following with their bids: • A valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) • A valid Public Procurement Commission (PPC) Certificate of Registration as a Public Sector Contractor in the category of Civil Engineering Works or General Road Works, Grades 1-2. Failure to submit the documents listed above shall result in the rejection of the bid.
