The Tourism Enhancement Fund (TEF) has been mandated to upgrade several beaches across the Island under the Public Beaches Development Programme. The Success Beach forms part of Phase 2 of this development programme. It is envisaged that the Success Beach development will improve the quality of the beach, visiting experience for all users and provide a source of community and economic improvement islandwide. This Project will comprise the construction of new beach facilities, supporting structures, infrastructure upgrades, and extensive landscaping throughout Success Beach.
