Description:
The National Housing Trust (NHT) invites service providers registered with the Public Procurement Commission (PPC) to submit tenders to provide janitorial services for a period of two (2) years, commencing on July 1, 2026 at the NHT’s off-site locations, namely, the Unit Trust and Dyoll buildings, located at 40 Knutsford Boulevard, Kingston 5. The successful service provider will be required to: • Provide cleaning services daily on two (2) shifts, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., respectively, for all offices, washrooms, kitchenettes, and lunchrooms; • Provide general/detailed cleaning of offices, meeting rooms, corridors, washrooms, kitchenettes on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.; • Provide all cleaning agents, mops, brooms, vacuum cleaners, garbage bags, disposables, and all other accessories required to perform this service; • Vacuum carpeted areas, and fabric seats daily; • Clean and sanitize all telephones, desks, doorknobs, handles, and all other high touch areas; • Empty, clean, and sanitize all garbage bins daily; • Fit all bins (desks) with garbage bin bags.
