The Tourism Enhancement Fund (TEF) is recommending an extensive renovation of one of the sector’s highly traversed tourist space. The TEF is requesting proposals to undertake the engineering designs for converting the electrical and communication infrastructure from overhead to underground. The roadway corridor is from Kent Avenue, along Jimmy Cliff Boulevard to Harmony Beach Park, Montego Bay, St. James. This constitutes the removal of all overhead utilities’ infrastructure and service lines over a length of roadway approximately 2.65 km.
