The works to be carried out include: (a) Demolition of defective roof sheeting and capping (b) Installing of New roof sheeting (c) Erection of a new cement board partition wall dividing the container into two (2) spaces, namely, Container Office(room 1) and Store Room (room 2) (d) Removing damaged flooring and reinforcing the existing floors where required (e) Supply and installation of wall cladding (f) Fabrication, supply and installation new storage shelves (g) Tiling of floor - for Container Office (room 1) (h) Supply and installation of acustic ceiling tiles works
