The University of the West Indies, Mona has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), toward the cost of the Investment Plan for the Caribbean Regional Track of the Pilot Program for Climate Resilience, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services (“the Services”) include: (i) conducting a survey of the social, epidemiological and clinical role of gender in the spread of dengue, chikungunya and zika viruses in 3 PPCR pilot countries of Haiti, Jamaica and Saint Lucia and; (ii) preparing a report on the dengue, chikungunya and zika viruses and gender dynamics study.
